Team and Community Forums

We assist stories to be told in team and community forums, events and conferences. We also work with other consultants and faciliators to add value to interventions, planning activities or training programs.
Your purpose can be to:

• Acknowledge and validate people’s contribution to a project or activity
• Debriefing change processes
• Actively engage people
• Develop shared understanding of diversity
• Ensure all participants are well heard
• Celebrate milestones and achievements
• Develop shared identity and belonging
• Build greater connection and relationships between participants
• Introduce a more playful, lighthearted culture or atmosphere
